Korte Dorbor Bazzie (Born November 29, 1989) popularly known as Kobazzie is a Liberian singer/songwriter. Kobazzie studied Accounting and Management from the Cuttington University and graduated in 2017. Kobazzie started his music career while he was studying at the Cuttington University. According to Kobazzie, he was inspired by the Late Liberian Musical Fallen Hero Quincy B to get into the music business.
On November 14, 2019, Kobazzie won the “MTN Liberia People’s Choice Award”
With regards to Kobazzie extra activities, he has worked with the UN Women speaking on anti-rape and gender based violence issues and was once invited to the UN symposium in New York where he was on a panel of speakers advocating for the empowerment of young people in Liberia and Africa.
Kobazzie also released a song called “say No to Rape “in support of victims of rape] which was received with immense appreciation from the public. He also recently collaborated with Sunna and Calorie CIC to release a song called “Say NO TO Election Violence”.
